Happy 2013 to friends of OFF THE PACE!

 

This new year promises to be yet another exciting one for OFF THE PACE! TEAM DIVA is delighted to report they will still appear on such noted websites as the THE TAMPA BAY DOWNS HANDICAPPER and MICHAEL W. COMPTON.COM as well as in the international racing publication GALLOP MAGAZINE!

Even more exciting opportunities in 2013 for our favorite prima donna race filly and her dedicate jock include: staring in their own animated shorts (home movies made backstretch style) expanding their OFF THE PACE merchandise line, and the presentation of the TEAM DIVA story as an online graphic novel, due to start production later this year.
The OFF THE PACE cartoon has been a fun bit of race riding these past two years. It is to Diva’s dedicated audience that I  remain forever grateful. Without the tireless support of her adoring public, none of this would be possible.

US Flat Track great GARY STEVENS returns!

 

Turf writer MICHAEL W COMPTON overviews retired Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens return to racing after a seven-year hiatus. Stevens is a modern US Flat track racing legend with three Kentucky Derby wins (Winning Colors, 1988, Thunder Gulch, 1995 & Silver Charm, 1997), along with eight Breeders’ Cup wins, two Preakness victories, three Belmonts, a record nine Santa Anita Derbies and four wins in the Santa Anita Handicap.
